You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.

I’m not normally a sandal person. My feet are very wide and most sandals are unwearable for me. But these are so comfortable, no rubbing or pinching. They are also well cushioned and comfy for a shift at work where im on my feet.

These looked lovely but the ‘adjustable’ straps are so long that there’s no real option to tighten them. Tightening them to fit my narrow feet left them hanging over the sides of the footbed by a long way and they looked ridiculous. Straps need to be much shorter. So disappointed. Size 6.

We are really sorry to hear that the Venice Sandals weren't suitable for your narrow feet, and that the adjustable straps couldn't be tightened enough to provide a proper fit.
